HISTORY OF ART AND ARCHITECTURE LECTURE

FRIDAY 6 OCTOBER 2017 - 7.30 pm - £2.50 per person (pay on the door)

We are pleased to announce a new venture for the Village Hall.  There will be an introductory informal lecture, leading to to a series, surveying the history of western art and architecture.  This will be given by Jenny Birch MA hons (Edin), PGCE (Contab). She hopes it will make people enthusiastic for this wonderful subject and provide an opportunity to be in in the company of like minded people.  There is no commitment required to attend the full series.  However, if you wish to be involved further, you can be selective and pick and choose any of the follow-on sessions.  Jenny has indicated that it is not intended for the introductory lecture to have active participation and that no prior knowledge is needed;  just sit back, relax and enjoy!  An inspiring way to end the week.  For further information about this event and/or the follow-on sessions, please contact Jenny on 01729 850385.
