The Village Hall is located in the heart of Hellifield village, occupying a key position on the A65 Trunk Road between Skipton (9 miles) and Settle (7 miles).
The building was 150 years old in 2014.
There are two rooms available to Hire:
The Main Hall and the smaller Yorke Room
- There is also a fully fitted modern kitchen
- There is a large free public car park at the rear of the building, with access via Gisburn Road (behind the Black Horse and Aherne’s)

Upcoming Events
Wildlife Rescue Event
There will be two events taking place on Saturday 11th January to raise funds for Craven Wildlife Rescue, based in Horton in Ribblesdale. Firstly, the coffee morning between 10.00 am and 11.30 am at which as well as the usual raffle, there will be a tombola, cake stall and results of an art competition for children. Children are encouraged to paint or draw an animal or a wildlife scene and hand in their work at H's Emporium no later than Thursday 9th January. Please put your name, address, telephone number and age of the child on the back of the painting. Prizes will be awarded at the coffee morning.
Secondly, a Wildlife Evening starting at 7.30 pm (doors open at 7.00 pm) at which Hellifield's very own Time Banditz will be playing. You will also be able to dance along to Mik's Disco, join in with a raffle and a Stand-Up Bingo. Music Night
Following on from two successful music nights held in 2024, a further event will take place on Saturday 25th January 2025, starting at 8.00 pm (doors open at 7.30 pm) This will focus on 80's music with resident DJ, Mik Cardus playing the 'sounds'. Everyone is encouraged to come dressed in 80's fashions. Velour and velvet with big hair and mullets being the order of the day. Tickets are £5.00 each and available from Karen Dunwoodie on mobile 0775 686 2086 or via email: kalydun@btinternet.com. This is a 'bring your own drinks and nibbles' event.
